What can you use the app for? is a complete online project and task management tool. The site allows users to manage projects and tasks, track clients and contacts, and create estimates and invoices. Multiple ongoing projects can be managed using the Project Bubble tool. The application is divided into sections – Dashboard, which gives an overview of ongoing activity; Projects, which shows current projects; Tasks, which shows completed and uncompleted tasks; Clients, which list clients with their contact details; Contacts, which lists all of the organization's business-related contacts; Estimates, which shows estimates which have been given, and Invoices, which provides a list a pending and paid invoices. To start a new project, the user gives the project a name, states whether the project is ongoing or has a specific due date, and invites collaborators to work on the project by entering their email addresses. The user also specifies whether the project is public (can be viewed by anyone) or private (can only be viewed by collaborators). Clients can be collaborators, so they can watch as their project progresses. The estimate and invoice features allow the user to generate a PDF file which can be emailed to customers. The Dashboard allows the user to view current activity by Project, Clients or Invoices. The site also allows users to accept payments for invoices through PayPal.
